We suggest, select and custom-made furniture to customer’s needs from the wood type to color preference. To maintain the natural look of every masterpiece, we are using Rubio Monocoat to protect wood from water, heat and the daily wear & tear. Our team is also trained to provide engraving service to our customer by using CNC machine.

The Process

Step 1: Choice of Wood

Select you preferable type of wood from IW list of wood options such as beli wood, lychee wood, poplar wood, teak wood, walnut wood etc.

Step 2: Cutting as per design

Your choosen wood will be cut based on your desired size and shape.

Step 3: Planning/ Flattening

This step is for creating a smooth leveling surface for the epoxy to adhere to.

Step 4: CNC Design

This step is optional but can add a unique and professional touch to your piece. You can create intricate designs on the wood that will be filled with epoxy.

Step 5: Surface preparation

Sand the wood surface from all angle to remove rough spots or imperfection that make it perfect for you.

Step 6: Epoxy pouring/ Pigment

Choose your preferred colour from our 45 type of pigment, mix it with the epoxy and pour it onto the designated area based on your selected designs.

Step 7: Finishing (polishing & coating)

After the epoxy fully cured, polishing on the final surfaces to remove any drips or rough spots lastly application of robio monocoating to allow the wood grains to stand out from it origin.
